SHAREHOLDER MEETINGS

Assistance to investors during Annual General Shareholder Meetings (AGM)

•  Participation in AGMs by power of attorney issued by the client
• Participation in the AGM upon client's instructions, but not on behalf of the client (provided that the ICLG owns voting shares in the company or that it is possible to purchase such shares), with the preparation of a summary report on the meeting, including comments on identified violations of shareholder or participant rights
