• Elaboration of bills in the sphere of creation and functioning of venture investment funds and venture project companies
  
• Elaboration of the draft plan of activities for holding the initial public offering (IPO) of shares of a major engineering company
  
• Consulting on issues concerning elaboration and implementation of the development strategy and plans of a major company in electric network business regarding capital management, the programme of attracting budget financing for the investment programme through emissions of additional shares
  
• Elaboration of financial-and-economic and strategic substantiation of the expediency of turning a state unitary enterprise in sea transport industry into a joint-stock company, elaboration of legal regulatory acts that would take into account the specific character of the transformation
  
• Preparation and support of the project of restructuring of a regional airline company
  
• Elaboration and implementation of plans of restructuring of Russia’s first-rate regional power system

• A project of change of the corporate structure of a major aircraft carrier with the purpose of implementation of the company’s concept of strategic development, also legal support in the process of the company’s negotiations with foreign contractors
  
• Assessment of development plans and of the mechanism of strategic investment attraction for a major all-Russian insurance company
  
• Elaboration of the financial model of the assessment of the business and preparation of proposals on forming the development strategy of the business of a key insurance company
